Fiscal Manager

Pat Owen has worked for LACCM since 2004 as the Fiscal Manager. In her position she manages all aspects of finance and many human resources responsibilities for LACCM. She has 20 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting for non-profits, with a focus on those receiving federal grants.  Pat worked for the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) for 18 years as a Project Accountant and later as the Accounting Manager. WOCCU received grants from USAID to create financial cooperatives in developing countries.
